Aung Min Thein, founder of Counselling Corner, joined theMental Health in the Workplace Conference 2025 as a panelist to share insights from Myanmar’s unique context. He highlighted how Myanmar’s conflict landscape impacts employees, making preventive workshops and empathetic HR policies essential. Counselling Corner’s initiatives include emotional workshops, creative awareness campaigns with companies, and partnerships with Suicide Prevention Myanmar to address burnout, harassment, and suicide prevention.

Feb 2026 Newsletter

As we enter February, the air is filled with preparations for Valentine’s Day and conversations about love. While many couples are busy selecting gifts and planning romantic gestures, we recognise that for those who are single, this season can sometimes feel a little isolating.

However, at Counselling Corner, we believe that the “Month of Love” should be about more than just romantic status. It is an opportunity to look closer at how we connect both with others and with ourselves.
