Eingyin graduated with a Bachelor of Physics and a Diploma in French at Yangon University. She worked as a professional French speaking tourist guide throughout Myanmar since 2002 and learned a lot about meeting a lot of different people and finished a training on psychology and customer behavior.
She attended Basic Counselling Course with great interest and grew more passionate about this field and also completed the Intermediate and Advanced Counselling Course from Counselling Corner Myanmar. During these intensive courses, Eingyin learned the practical and theoretical side of counselling and passed successfully with all assignments and theses she wrote. She is continuously learning in the field of Counselling and Psychology and has also attended the training of Psychological First Aid from Johns Hopkins University.
Eingyin is providing counselling services by using person-centered approach which focusses on the idea that all people have the resources and tendency to advance, improve and grow personally. She interests and loves mindfulness exercise since years ago, and she now studying Buddhist psychology and meditation which helps to control suffering.
She has given psycho-social support as a volunteer for the single mothers’ community in Myanmar and worked with LGBTIQ+ community in Myanmar and understands their mental health needs.In her free time she loves dancing and travelling.
