She is committed to supporting individuals as they navigate stress, crisis, and overwhelming emotions. With a strong interest in understanding people and their emotional experiences, she began studying counselling at Counselling Corner through a scholarship program and later continued her learning by completing Advanced Counselling Training. This learning journey strengthened her motivation to use her knowledge and skills to support the emotional wellbeing of others.
In addition to her counselling training, she has experience supporting communities by assisting people with their physical and practical needs, particularly during challenging situations. During the earthquake response, she was actively involved in supporting affected communities by helping to provide essential assistance to individuals and families facing difficult circumstances. Through this experience, she witnessed the emotional impact that crises and disasters can have on individuals and communities, which deepened her interest in mental health support.
She believes that everyone deserves a safe and respectful space where their feelings and experiences can be acknowledged without fear of judgment. She practices a person-centered approach, creating a respectful and empathetic space while believing in each individual’s inner strength and resilience. After completing her advanced counselling training, she has been involved in supporting mental health initiatives by volunteering and facilitating workshops related to emotional wellbeing and self-care. Through these activities, she hopes to contribute to creating safer spaces where people can talk about their experiences and feel supported. She is dedicated to continuous learning and professional growth in the field of mental health.
Outside of her professional activities, she enjoys crocheting, reading books, listening to music, and participating in sports as part of her self-care routine. These activities help her maintain balance in her physical and mental wellbeing, allowing her to support others with presence, care, and sensitivity
