Psycho-social support training

A short training for participants to learn how to recognize symptoms, how to react and what coping mechanism to show or whom to refer to for further help which includes the following topics:

  • Getting awareness of emotional & mental health and recognize the importance for overall well-being
  • Building resilience 
  • Knowing stress responses in critical situations and how to deal with them
  • The nature of Psychological first aid and the skills needed to implement psychological support to a group
  • Good ways to express emotions and feelings
