သင်ကြားချိန် နာရီ ၂၀ (တရက်လျှင် ၂နာရီ) ရှိသော အခြေခံအဆင့်အွန်လိုင်းသင်တန်းတွင် စိတ်ပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာနှစ်သိမ့်ဆွေးနွေးခြင်းဆိုင်ရာ အခြေခံများဖြစ်သည့် ကောင်စလာတစ်ဦး၏ အခန်းကဏ္ဍ၊ ကောင်စလာတစ်ဦးအတွက် မရှိမဖြစ်လိုအပ်သည့် အရည်အသွေး၊ ကျွမ်းကျင်မှုများ၊ စံနှုန်းတန်ဖိုးများ၊ နှစ်သိမ့်ဆွေးနွေးမှု စတင်ခြင်းနှင့် အဆုံးသတ်ခြင်း၊ နှစ်သိမ့်ဆွေးနွေးမှုဆိုင်ရာ အခြေခံစည်းမျဉ်းများ စသည့်ခေါင်းစဉ်များပါဝင်ပါသည်။
