How we’re giving services for people who need to do counselling?
Individual therapy is a process through which clients work one-on-one with a trained therapist in a safe, caring, and confidential environment to explore their feelings, beliefs, or behaviours. By working through challenging or influential memories, identifying aspects of their lives that they would like to change and better understanding themselves and others, we can look to set personal goals and work toward desired change.
Couple Therapy focuses on psychological, and social problems. All psychological and social changes involve both individual symptoms (behaviour, emotions, conflicts, thought processes) and changes in interpersonal relationships. Couples therapy focuses on the problems existing in the relationship between two people.
Family therapy is a branch of psychotherapy that works with families and couples in intimate relationships to nurture change and development. It tends to view change in terms of the system of interaction between family members. It emphasises family relationships as an important factor in psychological health, solutions, methods and results.
Group therapy is about helping clients learn how to express their issues and accept criticism from others. Group therapy also helps individuals develop communication skills and socialisation skills. Group therapy allows individuals to develop self-awareness by listening to others with similar issues.
